I'm an aspiring film producer and director based in Berlin. I like to experiment with genres and formats, my work is mostly narrative. Developing scripts and ideas as well as working with people that I genuinely like on Film sets is what excites me. After getting my B.A. degree in media design and film at the University of Applied Sciences Mainz, I started studying at the German Film and Television Academy Berlin. I work freelance as a production assistant and AD as well as a Gaffer and Grip for TV-films and commercials.
As a filmmaker I try to learn and accomplish something new for myself with every project. For me there’s nothing more joyful than watching a movie and being fully immersed in it. For me it is the most powerful medium to convey truth and meaning. It sounds a bit cheesy but I truly believe that films can help us to gain a better understanding of ourselves and each other. Through my films I want to contribute something to our society that induces a connection.
